The ?Perfect Couples? cutie was quite the knockout in a silver halter-style dress with matching heels as she hammed it up for the press at Cipriani 42nd Street.
Olivia has been campaigning on behalf of an arthritic elephant named Sarah in hopes of getting the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus to retire her.
In a video produced by PETA, Ms. Munn tells the elephant?s sad story. She also tweeted, ?Please help Sarah. If we all put our voices together, we could save her life.?
