First things first, the former "Real Housewives of New York" star says you must stock your fridge with fruits, veggies and all of your favorite fresh foods.

Next on the list of waist-slimming secrets is making sure to have a lot of choices - that means making numerous meals out of your selection, that way you never get bored.

Thirdly, go ahead - eat! Bethenny warns that when you deprive yourself, you're more likely to binge eat. So make sure to give in to your cravings every once in awhile!

Continuing onward with her calorie-cutting journey, Miss Frankel delivers the always-important slogan, "drink responsibly." Sure, the 40-year-old loves a cocktail or two just as much as you do, so she suggests ditching the heavy, belly-bloating stuff while opting for a lighter drink like flavored vodka and soda.

Finishing up her physique-firming diet plan, Miss Frankel would like introduce you to your new best friends - water and fiber. She says that both help to make you feel full, for longer - so if you feel like reaching for a snack, grab a bottle of water and watch your hunger pains disappear!
